Our potted ornamental sweet potato vines have been growing like crazy lately... along with the grapevine and its tiny purple grapes. Such tiny grapes. And such a lot of them... and they're so very sweet!

This painting was awarded the 'FAV 15%' award by the Fine Art Studio Online 'Bold Brush' online painting competition for July 2015.

This barn is no longer a working barn... for farming, that is. I am going to be missing it a lot.

The morning light coming through those barn doors, lighting on the sleeping sheep in the cold morning hours, is something I wish I could experience again.

Nothing stays the same... sadly... in this case.
